Mortgage programs are not one-size-fits-all. Down payment assistance, property tax rates, closing cost structures, and even which loan types work best can vary dramatically from one state or city to the next.
A buyer in Cleveland has access to completely different programs than a buyer in Charlotte. A first-time buyer in Pittsburgh qualifies for state and city-level assistance that someone in South Carolina cannot use — and vice versa.
That is why AMLO does not just match you with any loan officer. We connect you with professionals who know the specific programs, market conditions, and neighborhoods in your area.
